Her main goal is to develop, coordinate, and implement safety policies and procedures to promote and ensure effective safety operations within her organization.
She has been in the plastic industry for 15 years and has filled many roles within that time, from production management to now Safety Director.
She has a passion for training, implantation of process and procedures, she enjoys seeing employees and the companies grow.
