On October 3rd, the Arizona Manufacturers Council (AMC) hosted the 2019 Arizona Manufacturing Summit, which featured keynote speakers in the industry and concluded with an awards ceremony honoring standout leaders in manufacturing.

Under the Toxic Substance Control Act, manufacturers and importers of chemicals must report to the EPA production and use information for chemicals used in large quantities in commerce once every four years. The last reporting was in 2012 and the next reporting is due this year. Steve Rakowski will provide an overview of this reporting requirement and the details associated with who and what must be reported.
